Terms of service

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods and services made through Meublé’s online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your purchase.

An order becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Meublé via email. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders in the event of technical issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with Norwegian law. The total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees, is displayed at checkout prior to payment. We offer several payment methods, including card payment, Vipps, and Klarna.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the product and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of ordering. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing. If an item is damaged during transport, this must be reported to the carrier and to Meublé within a reasonable time. For further details, please refer to our Delivery information.

Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer legislation. This right does not apply to customised or made-to-order products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Meublé within the applicable deadline and return the item in the same condition as when received. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If a product is found to be defective or faulty, you are entitled to submit a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Any disputes between the seller and the buyer should be resolved amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or a Norwegian court of law.

Meublé reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply from the date they come into effect.
