If a customer regrets a purchase with Meublé, they will have to notify us within 30 days since the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the return cost and the item needs to be packed and sent back in its original packaging. Please specify name, address, order number, and other relevant information to us in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that the customer is responsible for packing the product accordingly to prevent damages during transport, Meublé does not provide any packaging in the event of a return. An extra charge, depending on the item size will be added in addition to the standard return if a new pallet needs to be ordered. Meublé is not responsible for any shipping damage in returned goods, therefore please make sure your return is well packed.
The refund will be made to the original buyer after the return has been received back and approved.
